Learning Services evaluates many aspects of customer satisfaction related to our acquired or traumatic brain injury rehabilitation services. At the time of discharge or annually, we request input from the key stakeholders involved with an individual's program. Each payer representative, family member or guardian, and person served is asked to provide feedback regarding his or her experience with that specific Learning Services rehabilitation program. The following information represents the results of the 2011 satisfaction questionnaires.
The 2011 results indicate that overall, Learning Services achieved an 80% or greater level of satisfaction with all customers. This suggests that while the rehabilitation programs are focused on delivering functional outcomes, the achievement of an alignment of expectations surrounding the needs of all stakeholders continued to be a priority in all locations.
