Brian Preston MS, CRC, CLCP, CBIS Regional Program Director
Brian is the Regional Program Director for all of our North Carolina Programs. He has been working with individuals with brain injuries for over twenty years. Mr. Preston holds a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Certified Life Care Planner and a Diplomate of the American Board of Vocational Experts.
Located in a quiet neighborhood in east Raleigh, this twelve-bed program offers easy access to Wake Med Rehabilitation Hospital, North Carolina State University ,and greater downtown Raleigh. This program provides a range of services and activities that draw upon the many resources available in the community.

CARF Accreditation Learning Services is committed to providing the highest level of care for people with Acquired Brain Injuries. We have earned accreditation from the prestigious Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), which sets high standards for programs in the brain injury care industry. Our River Ridge House has achieved a 3 year accreditation from CARF under the classification: Residential Rehabilitation Programs: Brain Injury Programs (Adult).
