Learning Services offers two world-class neurobehavioral institutes in the United States. One is located in the eastern US in Creedmoor, NC; the other in the western US in Lakewood, Colorado. These state of the art programs are specifically designed to serve adults with complex behavioral challenges and feature the latest advancements in neurobehavioral rehabilitation. Our successful rehabilitation model provides safe and supportive environments with individualized treatment plans that match the specific needs of our residents, families and financial partners. Neurobehavioral rehabilitation services are delivered in residential settings, which are staffed 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.

Our Learning Services Neurobehavioral Institute (LSNI) programs use a trans-disciplinary approach with positive behavioral intervention. We utilize an innovative behaviorally-based skill acquisition approach designed to teach and support pro-social behaviors and enduring outcomes tailored to the unique needs of each individual served.
