Job Requirements
Life Skills Trainers
Life Skills Trainers (LSTs) are responsible for assistance with activities of daily living, including self-care, therapeutic activity, productive activity, community integration and transportation. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills are necessary. Experience in brain injury services, healthcare, social work or psychology is preferred; secondary education is a plus. Lead Life Skills Trainers Perform shift supervision as well as performing the same functions as LSTs. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the employment qualifications stated above apply to lead positions.
