Located near the small town of Creedmoor, this thirty-three acre campus-style setting provides a peaceful, rural environment with easy access to resources in both Durham and Raleigh, North Carolina. This secure, therapeutic community is designed to serve adults with complex behavioral challenges. An integrated approach employing positive behavioral supports is designed to teach and support pro-social behaviors and enduring outcomes, tailored to the unique needs of each resident.

Our successful care model provides safe and supportive environments with flexible care plans that match the individual needs of our residents, families and financial partners.  These programs succeed, in part, because of our high standards , which include:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analysts on staff**
