Nicole is the Regional Program Director for Learning Services in Southern California and oversees all clinical services. She has been working with individuals and families affected by brain injuries for over fifteen years.
Nicole’s background in providing support to people and their families with brain injuries is complimented by her extensive experience in rehabilitation, counseling and psychometry. For the past fifteen years, Nicole has held a number of positions in rehabilitation programs, as well as academic settings in California. She is a member of the board at the Freedom House and is active with the San Diego Brain Injury Foundation and the California Brain Injury Association.
Dr. Andreatta holds a Psy.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy and two Masters of Science degrees: one in Marriage and Family Counseling and one in Rehabilitation Counseling. Dr. Andreatta received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University in Chico.
Her academic training and professional experience support her views that optimal outcomes for TBI survivors are connected to quality care for their families.
Nicole was recently awarded the Charles W. Haynes fellowship from the North American Brain Injury Society (NABIS) that recognizes promising new professionals that best promote the NABIS mission of advancing brain injury services and treatment through clinical, research and/or policy initiatives.

This program is located a short drive from San Diego in a spacious, campus-based living environment. Suited for individuals who require intensive support, the shared living residences are complemented by a treatment facility and recreational area. A supported and supervised apartment program is also located adjacent to our Southern California campus.

CARF Accreditation
Learning Services is committed to providing the highest level of care for people with Acquired Brain Injuries. We have earned accreditation from the prestigious Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), which sets high standards for programs in the brain injury care industry. Learning Services - Southern California has achieved a 3 year accreditation from CARF under the classification: Residential Rehabilitation Programs: Brain Injury Programs (Adult).
